About the project

The Transport Leadership School is an educational programme for women who want to develop their management skills, broaden their professional horizons and lead teams in the transport sector with confidence.

The programme combines up-to-date knowledge, practical experience and mentoring support, creating a space for professional growth, sharing experience and building a community of women leaders who are changing the transport sector for the better.

Project goal

To develop the leadership potential of women in the transport sector through a modern educational programme, mentoring and sharing experience — to increase the number of women in management positions and build a more inclusive transport sector in Ukraine.

Project results

The programme achieved the following results:

  • Participants gained practical management skills and tools for career growth.
  • A strong community of women leaders in the transport sector was formed.
  • The visibility of women in leadership roles and their contribution to the sector increased.
